# How do I set up the customer loyalty program?

With Tablevibe, you can easily boost customer loyalty by offering cashback if customers order again within a set timeframe.

Log in to [kitchen.tablevibe.co](https://kitchen.tablevibe.co), go to *Marketing > Loyalty program*, and turn on the switch. We recommend providing 5% cashback with a 30-day expiration window.

The cashback is automatically deducted from the order amount when a customer reorders from you. If the order amount is smaller than the outstanding cashback amount, the customer will lose the remaining cashback amount.

By turning on the *Loyalty program* you also turn on automated email alerts that remind customers of their expiring cashback. Please find an example below.
