# How do I add opening hours, closed days, and holidays?

In [your dashboard](), go to *Settings* > *Locations* and select *Opening Hours*. Here you can set opening hours, add closed days and holidays (eg. Chinese New Year, Diwali, Holy Week or Christmas holidays).

**For stores open 24 hours:**  
Set your hours to **12:00 AM–11:59 PM**.

**For stores that close after midnight:**  
You will need to enter two time ranges for the day:

1. **Opening time–11:59 PM**
2. **12:00 AM–closing time**

**Important:**  
If your closing time extends past midnight, the **after-midnight hours should be entered on the next day**.  
For example, if your **Sunday** hours are **9:00 AM–2:00 AM**, then:

- On **Sunday**, enter **9:00 AM–11:59 PM**
- On **Monday**, enter **12:00 AM–2:00 AM**, followed by Monday’s regular hours.

At the bottom of the page, you can add "custom hours/days."

This function is useful if your opening hours change on a particular day (e.g., open until 5 pm on Christmas Eve).

You can also add holidays (entire day closed) under "additional closed days."

**⚠️ Note: Pre-orders placed before you updated opening hours may still be open.**

For example: Your restaurant is closed on Easter Sunday. Before you added that information to kitchen.tablevibe.co, a customer placed a preorder for delivery on Easter Sunday. This order will only be automatically cancelled at the time of delivery.

You can pre-emptively cancel orders via kitchen.tablevibe.co > “Live Orders”. Once cancelled, your customer will be automatically updated via SMS and receives a full refund.
